Bridget Beari Color Rule #44

                          Bridget Beari Color Rule:

Go Mono!

If you can pull it off correctly then choosing colors that are monochromatic can create a really beautiful room. Monochromatic means "shades or tints of one color."

I love a neutral room! Doing this right means mixing textures and patterns so the room does become boring.

Colors other than neutrals are harder to pull off and need some lighter shades for contrast, otherwise the room looks too heavy and overdone. This one is nice in soft shades of blue green.

Tip: I went to Sur La Table today to buy myself some popsicle forms in order to make this recipe from The Reality Of Skinny blog.

1 can pineapple with juice, 1 banana, 1 can Coconut water, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, Blend and Freeze. 117 calories per pop. Just in time for summer or a break from your painting project!

                           Happy Painting .....
