When it's this hot (104 yesterday), I need something more than water. Water can be a little dull. I know the regular vitamin water has too much sugar for me but what about Zero? My trainer has been trying to tell me it is just as bad for you. I'm not sure I totally agree - yet. It is sweetened with stevia and 0 calories. I know I should not drink one everyday but it tastes good on a hot day.
