Another Before and After!

You guys are crazy for before and afters so for the holiday weekend here is another Bridget Beari makeover!

An historic row house updated and turned into a chic and sophisticated home.

This is Parlor I before - notice the mantels and the red brick

This is Parlor II before - notice the columns between the rooms

Here are the afters!

The mantels have been faux finished, paint colors changed and columns gone. Contemporary furniture elements add: leather sofa, sheer linen draperies, photography and Ironies chairs. Antique elements: end tables from the 50's, reproduction French 1930's bookcases. Natural elements: wood slab coffee table and carved drum end table.

I loved mixing all the elements together.

This was the red room. The brick is covered over with Durango. You can just see the tip of the Moroccan lantern. I found the pair on 1stdibs. I love the subtle color shift from creams to grays.

Another custom coffee table designed and made by Bridget Beari.
